Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations, with a few exceptions for certain countries or regions.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping services for regular orders. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated by the system during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods when there is a high volume of orders.

The average transit time for delivery is usually 3-7 days. However, please note that in some cases, the delivery time may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as the carrier's operations or customs procedures.

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically by our system during the checkout process. The final amount will depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Please review the shipping charges carefully before completing your purchase.

Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return of most products* for exchange or refund with pre-paid return shipping. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method. Orders that are returned within 30 days for a refund are not eligible for pre-paid return shipping. To return the items, we kindly request you Contact Us to obtain the return address and then ship the product themselves. Once the product has been shipped, please Contact Us to provide the tracking number.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Your refund will be authorized in 3-5 business days after we receive the return. It usually takes 3-5 business days to reach your bank account.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), or the item condition meets the 30-day warranty policy.

For all other returns, including diopter exchanges or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


To adjust the VR lens insert, simply slide the knob along the slider to the desired power position using power markings as a reference.  To use the eyewear, turn the know away from the nose for more positive power or toward to the nose for more negative power until you see clearly.

The current VR lens inserts are compatible with the Meta Quest 2, Lenovo VRX, Pico 4 and SONY PSVR 2. We plan to support additional VR devices in the near future like Meta 3 and Apple Vision Pro.

Yes, our tunable lens is designed to allow users to adjust the lens power separately for each eye.

No. The VOY tunable lens glasses and VR inserts do not contain any electronic components or require batteries to function.
